WJM Professional Services, LLC is a leading healthcare management firm with 20 years of experience providing healthcare personnel, and administrative staffing services to government agencies, including the Defense Health Agency, the United States Air Force, Army, Navy, Coast Guard, National Guard, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

We are currently recruiting for a Medical Administrative Personnel to provide services at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

The Medical Administrative Personnel shall provide administrative support for screening, scheduling appointments, maintenance of medical records, documenting insurance information and providing overall support to MTF.

  • Assist with patient check in/out and verifies they are registered Composite Healthcare System.
  • Answers, screens, and routes phone calls to appropriate section for assistance.
  • Schedules appointments, maintains appointment protocols, and communicates schedule and appointment changes to both providers and patients.
  • Receives, locates, and stores medical records and ensures appropriate documents are available prior to patients visits.
  • Prints diagnostic reports, treatment profiles and copies records as needed.
  • Participates with Primary Care Optimization (PCO) teams to complete Preventative Health Assessment tasks, routing, evaluation, and consultation of reports.
  • Performs end-of-day CHCS processing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Must have a current Basic Life Support certification.
  • Mus have a minimum of 1 year experience in medical office scheduling, obtained in an office setting or have specialized Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) experience and have a Registered Health Information Administrator certification.
