WJM Professionals is recruiting CNAs to work at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) on a PRN basis. Must have experience working in a hospital environment in an acute care/ER setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct patient care is a must.
- Checking and recording patient vital signs each day and keeping precise records in the patient’s chart
- Must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Assist in more complex medical procedures where needed.
- Perform critical tasks that ensure patients are well-cared for and safe during their hospital stay.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have experience working in an acute care setting in a hospital environment.
- Up-to-date CPR/BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- MUST respond to patients experiencing an escalation in behavior who require additional staff support.
- Must have two years of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
- MUST possess experience working in an inpatient or urgent care hospital setting as a CNA/PCT.

- NIH operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Candidates will work 12-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m.-7:30 a.m., Sunday through Saturday
