History, detailed examination, testing, and diagnosis.

2. Treatment plan recommendation and review.
3. Case consultation with the referring Medical Department Representative.
4. Expert opinion in related medical board action.
5. Provide preoperative and postoperative care.
6. Provide immediate evaluation and management of emergent conditions as they occur in addition to regularly scheduled appointments.
7. Prepare and submit appropriate documentation as specified in applicable regulations (to include fitness for duty reports, progress notes, Periodic Health Assessments, etc.);
8. If a medical emergency occurs to a patient who is receiving services from the Contractor, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Medical Department for assistance, and report the nature of the emergency to the Commanding Officer or his authorized representative.
9. Participate in the Health Services Quality Improvement Program.
10. Provide instruction to clinic staff on an ad hoc basis.
